OUR WARRANTIES
At Rapid Painting, we stand behind our workmanship and use professional-grade Sherwin-Williams® products designed to perform in Kansas weather conditions. Proper preparation, quality materials, and professional application methods are important parts of delivering long-lasting results. Below is information regarding our exterior painting and staining warranties.
Rapid Painting guarantees that all exterior painting work will be free from defects in workmanship, such as peeling, or cracking, for a period of five (5) years from the date of completion. If such issues occur, Rapid Painting will supply the labor and materials needed to correct the problem at no cost to the customer.

This warranty applies only to surfaces that were properly prepared and painted by Rapid Painting. It does not cover fading, cracking from structural movement, damage caused by moisture intrusion (such as leaking gutters or sprinkler systems), or issues caused by wood rot, rust, or previous paint failures. Natural wood bleeding and normal wear due to weather exposure including other acts of nature are also excluded.

The warranty is void if the customer or another contractor alters, touches up, or repaints any part of the painted surfaces without written approval from Rapid Painting. This includes full or partial repainting, even if limited to a small area. Any changes made by others may affect the integrity of the original work and will release Rapid Painting from warranty obligations.

To make a claim, customers must contact Rapid Painting within 30 days of noticing the issue by calling (913) 489-8474 or emailing info@rapidpaintingkc.com. Property access must be granted for inspection and repairs during normal business hours.
5-YEAR EXTERIOR PAINTING WARRANTY
1-YEAR STAINING WARRANTY
Rapid Painting guarantees that all staining work performed will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of completion. During this warranty period, we will repair or reapply stain as necessary if peeling, flaking, or blistering occurs due to our workmanship.

This warranty applies only to surfaces that were properly prepared and stained by Rapid Painting. It does not cover damage caused by natural wear and tear, weathering, environmental conditions, color fading or changes resulting from exposure to sunlight or elements, improper maintenance, accidents, acts beyond our control, insect infestations, or structural defects. Natural aging and normal wear due to weather exposure and other acts of nature are also excluded.
