• Power Washing - We begin by thoroughly power washing the entire house. This step removes dirt, dust, mildew, and loose debris from the surface, ensuring the paint has a clean, solid foundation to adhere to.

• Wood Rot/Repairs - If your home needs wood rot or siding repairs prior to painting, our experts at Rapid Painting will handle the task.​​

• Scraping – We carefully identify and scrape away all peeling or flaking paint with a handheld scraper. This step prevents future peeling and creates a smooth, uniform surface for the new paint to bond to. ​

• Priming – Any exposed or bare wood is primed before being painted. Priming bare wood is important as it acts as both a sealant and an adhesive. This step is critical for preventing future cracking or peeling.

• ​Caulking  –  We thoroughly re-caulk all edges, corners, seams, and nail holes where water or air could penetrate. This protects your home from leaks, drafts, and damage.​​

• Painting - We apply Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint® (with optional upgrades) using professional application methods, including an airless sprayer with our crosshatch technique (spraying horizontally and vertically) as well as brushing and rolling where needed to ensure complete coverage and a smooth, consistent finish.
